Patricia Sarrafian Ward is a writer and book artist. Of American-Armenian-Danish heritage, she was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon and moved to the United States at the age of eighteen. Her work encompasses a variety of themes, from the civilian experience of war, particularly the child's, to the bleak world of depression and the struggle to emerge from it, to issues of identity and belonging.
